  • 1 Tablespoon high-quality olive oil
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, expertly trimmed and halved for even cooking

  • 2 cups tightly packed chopped kale leaves, with tough stems carefully removed

Instructions

To Assemble The Gnocchi Dish:

  2. Bring a large stockpot of generously salted water to a rolling boil. Add the gnocchi and cook strictly according to the package instructions until they float to the surface and are tender. Once cooked, drain the gnocchi thoroughly and set aside in the pot.
  3. While the gnocchi cooks, heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken sausage and cook according to its package instructions until it’s fully browned and cooked through.
